First of all i would like to say that HR is a very thankless job.If u do good work no one will come and pat on you but if you commit a single mistake everyone will come and blame you.So, the very first thing that HR should have SELF MOTIVATING quality. Apart from that other qualities like- Good listener,problem solver, good interpersonal skills and an Extrovert.
