Answer / praveen
To make the training process effective, the HR-Manager should
realize the need for it (for each employee). There is no
reason in giving training of some kind to an employee which
mayn't be useful for him as well as the organization.
In addition, the Hr-Manager should assess the
present methodology of training program in the organization
& it's effectiveness. The HR-Manager Should also look upon
the industrial trends in training process & can adopt a
method (if Necessary);in his organization, when their is a
good possibility of improvement in employees by adopting
that training method. (This Whole process Should consider
the organizations missions & goals).

i am a law graduate having passed out in the year 2007. I want to change my profession and go into HR. As i dont know the basics of HR, i want to do a certified course first. But my parents are insisting that i do a SAP (HR) course instead. I don't have a science or computer background so i am not sure if i can handle SAP without knowing the basics of HR. Please guide me as to what i should do first. Also, can you recommend any good institutes in Bangalore for HR and SAP courses?
