the major diff b/w training & development is that,
trainimng is provided for technical person where as dev is
provided for managerial person,
training is short term but dev is long term process.

event. Development is a process; related to training,
because it involves continuous monitoring of the training
to ensure that it's used effectively to achieve intended
goals, whether individual or organisational objectives.
Development will involve coaching, performance reviews and
