Amount of Gratuity = (Basic + DA)*No. of Years Served*15/26
Enability - After 5 years of Service at a streach
for 5 years 1 month to 5 months, take 5 years
for 5 years 6 month to 11 months, take 6 years

Basic*15/26*no of years
The employee who have more than 5 years working in the
working he is the eligible for the gratuity.The maximum
gratuity is rs.3,50,000.The last drawn 15 days salary in
every year.
Examle:
10000*15/26* 5 Approx.(No of year)=28846.15

Last Salary drawn (Basic + DA)/26 X 15 X No. of years of
continuous service (Eligibility is min. 5 years), if served
for more than 5 years & 6 months will be counted as 6 years
and less than 6 months will not be counted.

No. of years= who has completed more than 240 days in a
respective years during service.
Means someone who has completed 10 years in a service but
only in 6 years who has attended more than 240 days.
So, Gratuity = Basic+D.A.(Suppose 5000)/26*15*No. of years
who has attended more than 240 days(6)
Gratuity=17307.69

Gratuity formula is:-
Last basic salary*15*No. of years of service/26
The employee who have more than 5 years working in the
organisation he is the eligible for the gratuity.The maximum
gratuity is Rs. 3,50,000.The last drawn 15 days salary in
every year.
For Examle:-Last basic salary=10000, No. of yrs of service=30
10000*15*30/26=1,73,076.92
