hr is how ever which realated to the peoples there
expectations i feel interest in intaracting with people and
also i think am having that ability to recriut the right
man at right plac. i am able to provied best persons for
the company, so i want to do the work which i can do at my
level best

HR is Human resource, in this resource includes Finance
part as well..coz in HR dept there will be different
categories and dept's, Even Finance is also plays a major
role in any dept's. So there is no difference between HR
and Finance. In easy way ,HR relates to front office and
Finance relates to back office.
