As per standard we can give other goods as free in exclusive free goods.

by using exclussive free goods we can get this facility.

its possible..try to create exclcusive free goods,and scroll a little and you will find a coloumn for diff.material,give whatever material you want to give as free.

Dear Prasad,

You are completely right about the concept of BOM. this is
the purpose of BOM.

But Ravis suggestion could be is a work around solution.
But I have my doubts as how the account posting would be
done. How would you differentiate the posting in FI as
these goods were given for free of cost??

It's possible using BOM. Create BOM for item A and make B
and C as sub-item. In material master record of item A set
item category group as ERLA. In sales order it will generate
item category TAQ for header item and TAE for sub-items. As
TAE is not relevant for pricing or billing no pricing will
be generated for Item B and C.

Correct this if it's wrong.

The cocept is right for Bom . But thisquestion realtes to
Free goods (VBN1) not for ( cs01).
The free goods we giveit with Inclusion and exculsion
We maintin the samecommands in MM01 that is relevant to
Std items and than
go to VBN1 ANDO THE REQUIRED setting in exculsion as
material A; B and C are diffrent and iftheyare same we need
to do the required settign in INCLUSIVE Materials( eg
increse the quntity 25% buy 2 get onefree)

I am sure you are not a certified consultant.Sometime refer
other books also other than William's for more
clarification.I also agree it is a very very good book. But
what about certification materials. One thing you must
remember,that G.C.William has not made this software , it
is SAP LAB only. William like you after learning, he has
interpreted in simple language.Certification books are
prepared by SAP AG , Germany. So they are the standard
only.I hope you have understood. It is always better to go
for certification.

Ur concept is not clear n more over u explained the BOM
here , for ur kind info in SAP we can't configure free
goods for BOM items.

Hi All, I hope all SAP professionals are doing well. I am looking for SAP SD training institutes from Bangalore. Please I can't go for SAP authorised training centers as they cost very much I can't afford that much on training. The whse had to go to manual mode and we have been left with deliveries that were not created. Is VL10H the tcode I would use to upload data from an excel or text file to create the deliveries in mass? If so, what are the steps to follow? Thank you!
