SAP R/3 is sap realtime 3 tier architechure. The three
tiers are application layer, presentation layer and
Database layer.
Application Layer: The central process in the R/3
application layer is the dispatcher. Together with the
operating system,the dispatcher controls the resources for
the R/3 applications.
Presentation Layer: The presentation interface SAP GUI (GUI
= Graphical User Interface) implements the platformspecific
input and output functions of the R/3 System.
Database Layer: Stores and MAintenance of SAP database.

R Means Run time or Real time
3 Means 3-tier Architecture. The 3 tiers are Presentation layer, Application layer, Data Base layer.
Presentation layer receives the data from the user and sends the data into Application layer. It has dispatcher. Dispatcher , dispatches the data into different work processes. Data base stores the data and sends the data into the user.

Is there a difference between user ddic and sap_all/sap_new?
IF Import one request from Dev to Qua through STMS_IMPORT but after some time stms_import is still running and I dont no what is happening in behind so what will be my trace point.
