synchronization is the process where voltage , frequecy, and phase angle must be same. but in parelleling it differ in acceptable tolerance. I.e. you can parrellel a two transformer which have a voltage 11kv and 11.5 kv and freguency 49.80 Hz and freguency 50.20Hz and phase angle according to vector group

parallel means two gen are connected between them

why we use to always generate power below 16kv.why not at higher voltage?
