synchronization is the process where voltage , frequecy, and phase angle must be same. but in parelleling it differ in acceptable tolerance. I.e. you can parrellel a two transformer which have a voltage 11kv and 11.5 kv and freguency 49.80 Hz and freguency 50.20Hz and phase angle according to vector group
