definition sessions.
3 and maping the business flows with SAP flows by AS IS- TO
BE method

as and asis proces.you map ur business i.e configured acccording to the need of the company.say for TATA Motors is implementing sap so his implement partner TCS will know and map the business requirment of the company with his team and the team which is implementing in various department.
