All the documentation are prepared in the 2nd phase of implementation which is known as business bluprint .The documents like GAp sheet is prepared here .

Second question is data transfer which is done in final preparation which is known as cut-over strategy/data load strategy .

As you can say anyone from the 5 phases , your project are in but what are the activities done for each phase you have to know the details .

Implemention doesnot start at blus print before that we
have project perpartion stage where the qadb analysis is done
then comes the blus print stage wher we ahve gap analaysis
Data transfer is moving your data from non sap to sap
whcih is done on go - live with the help of basis team AND
TECH NICAL TEAM through tcode se10 and this is done
through BDC WHERE ABPERS ARE INVOLVED AND THE OTHER IS LSMW

Now, we want to bill as a single bill point i.e. Corporate office. Single bill for each site will be generated. E.g. Panac Labs, New Delhi Head Office Panac Labs, Mumbai Lab at Mumbai Panac Labs, Kolkata Lab at Kolkata Panac Labs, Indore Lab at Indore In above case, we are cattering services to all four locations. what is output determination?
