Recruitment is atracting suitable candidates to apply for a job vacancy in the organisation.
The first step in recruitment is identifying the suitable source from where the suitable candidate can be identified i.e, to select a portal or method best suitable to create awareness for vacancy. Once this is successfully done all the other stages that is screening resumes, arranging for interviews, selecting the candidate & placing right candidate in the right position based on their skill set.
