1.Understanding the Active clients requirement \ Vacancy
2.Educate our self about the technology.
3.Sourcing candidates from different sources like job
portals , Head Hunting , Cold Calls and through references.
3.Shortlisting the candidates/submittal matching the
requirement
4.Conducting a preliminary round of interview as and when
needed.
5.Interacting the candidates for scheduling of interviews.
6.Regular updating and maintaining of the manpower data
base.
7.Interaction with candidate.
Excluding that we can say "The right person for the right
job"
