Yes, of course. I am fully agreed with that. Assessment
cenre can frame the job description, job specification of a
particular position. So Assessment centres could frame the
specification of non-management job.

Assesmment center is not a place , it is a process where
the the actual work place is simulated and by various
methods u can assess different skills and qualities,
abilities and knowledge of employees. I dont know whether
it make a difference for management and non-management
jobs. I think it wud be good for management jobs than non-
management jobs.Usual techniques used are in-baket
excercises, leadership G.D, Role plays.
