difference between on the job and off the job training..

on the job means traning at organisation like cotching,job
rotaton,traning from superior or boss meance u r trained at
work place.
off job means tranning which is not given at work place but
some body is appointed to traine like case study,mgmt.
games, lecturs,role play etc.

off the job training is only theory training.

Hi , I am a graduated in science at the year of 2006 & have started my professional career from that year as an HR personnel and still working.
