As jobs become more team-oriented, assessment centers will
be used more often for non-rnanagement jobs. Do you agree
or disagree?
Answer Posted / mariam
Assesmment center is not a place , it is a process where
the the actual work place is simulated and by various
methods u can assess different skills and qualities,
abilities and knowledge of employees. I dont know whether
it make a difference for management and non-management
jobs. I think it wud be good for management jobs than non-
management jobs.Usual techniques used are in-baket
excercises, leadership G.D, Role plays.
