TOLERANCE GROUP ARE LIMITATIONS ASSIGNED TO USER FOR
PAYMENT AND RECEIPT.acceptable, permissible differences,
and authorization given to the user of the organisation to
post a document easily,WHEN THEIR IS ACCEPTABLE DIFFERENCE
IN THE AMOUNT FOR PAYMENT OR RECEIPTS.
IN SIMPLE AND BOLD IT IS TOLERANCE LEVEL OF THE
ORGANISATION TO BEAR THE EXCESS PAYMENT OR EXCESS RECEIPT
TILL SOME EXTANTED.THIS LIMITATION ARE ASSIGNTED BY THE
ORGANISATION ACCORDING TO THE POLICIES.

1. Tolerance group for Account : OBA0

2. Tolerance group for Employees : OBA4

This is used when dealing with payment differences and residual item at the time of payment. It also controls the maximum postings mentioned below:


(a)Maximum amount post in a single accounting document.
(b)Maximum amount post in each item (customers and vendors)
(c)Maximum cash discount for each line item

tolarence in genrel means permited devations in our sap tolarence means permited payment diffences at every level we maitain business rules but practically it may not possible to excat business rules so we may have to allow sum devations.as a fico consultant we need to look at the monetary accecpts.other consultants will look at the dates,qualties,quantities etc.while processing payment tractions we need to look at the invoice point of view and other terms mention in the document that ie we have to recieve or pay more or less then devated amount but the devated amount should be with in the permisable limt that limt is called tol limt.

Hi, If we have 10 company cocodes, in which we created 9 operative chart of accounts for 9 company codes and for last company code we created contry chart of accounts and we assign all company codes to one group company... can we get the reports for 10 company codes ?
