Basing on the company i will take the actions, suppose it is
a manufacturing company i will conduct a meeting with all
departments & analyze the problem,i will take suggestions
from all departments, analyze the previous data of an
organization & i will take the steps within limited period
but the result would be uncertain for that we have to wait
for some time, perfect forecasting gives the best results.

When we are working as a HR in a company and applied for some other company. If the company asks for explanation that "why do you want to change from the existing company"? what can be the answer
