Normally we can identify the trainer by seeing him/her
whether he knows about the subject matter inside the process
and he /she should be capable of teaching and making the
trainees to understand about the subject which they are
sharing. Subject matter expert (SME)will take care of training.

a trainer is the one who is well versed in subject and can communicate his knowledge to the trainees in time and is efficient enough to handle a group of people and be able to clear even a minute doubt. not only training but able to handle the assigned work i.e; his duty apart from the training
considering the above qualities i'l select the trainer in the organization

Hello guys i'm doing MBA in HR 3rd sem, I'm appearing for campus recruitment i wana kno how these interviewver decides package during interview, wat is the criteria ? because in same campus one get low pacakage and other get high.... which could be factor for variation.

i completed my B.E(CSE) in the year 2006 and i have 2.6 years of recruitment exp both in consultancy and corporate.. now i want to switch to SAP-HR, can anyone let me know, if i do SAP-HR course, can i get job into SAP-HR?? NOTE: I dont have MBA-HR kindly suggest me, ASAP !!!!! Regards Recruiter
