according to me the company which provide the career
growth is the best one because if the person has to
increase their level of skills and knowledge it is
important to choose career growth ncompany. and indirectly
as per increasing the growth of carreer will increase in
the monetary benefits

the company provides only money benefits is not that good
because motivational theories says that intrinsic rewards
such as career growth, recognition motivates more than the
monetary benefits....yes,this is also right that some
employees are motivated more by monetary benefits & some
are by intrinsic rewards but after certain level growth,
recognition, autonomy, responsibilities matters more than
just a higher income.if employees are promoted time to time
by evaluating their performance,it will increase
organizational citizenship in them...

called where employees are intereaction with each other.
Thats not meaning that employee will not increase their
knowledge.They will show their skill to organisation will
go to in best place.Then all will tell this is a best

I have a list of wagetypes. To get those wagetypes which infotype needs to be created?? Is there any table available to know this?? I have already tried V_T512Z but i don't have access to that table in my client system.
