personnel manager is a person who deals with personnel think
in a orgn. like collective bargaining, labor problem,
grievance handling, so he/she always take decision very
stable mind not unanimously. which will effect to the orgn.
because he/she maintain a coordination between management
and labour.

they don't what to do.but is a condition of encouraging
individuals towards a particular feellings,situations and
ideas to be developed,that is what a personal manager is
all about.it is not a coarce or forcing of people and your
subordinates.
