Grievenace handling. You have to depute box where person
can write his grievances to management. top managment
should review the action taken as per SOP.

Hi i am have completed my PGDBM(HR) in 2006, since then i did not work anywhere more than one month although i did many jobs. i do not have any certificate in my hand.
