hello friends many people say many thing but in the profile
of HR in manufacturing unit i learned that try to spend as
much time with ur employees daily basis atleast 2 -3 hour.
every weekend made an metting where encourage to
participate employees in meeting try to find out the
problem what they are facing try to resolve them as soon as
posible. always try to find a better path where not only
employee will statisfie else company will benifitteed too.
always have view that every problem has a solution just
change ur style off seeing problem. this experienced helped
me . it will work for any manager too. if ur employees
happy it s my word ur production always be good. becaz they
not only stand with u in ur good time but also in bad time
too.

As a manager my responsibility is to know the problems of
employees in production time as well as improve the working
condition of the department where they work,and provide
bonus or reward as well as they face no. of problems so i
have to resolve them and achieve higher satisfaction of
employees through this they will achieve more in production.
