Daily Responsibility of an HR executive relates to employee
in the organization . It could be maintain the data of new
joiners and of the employees who are leaving the company.
keeping track of the daily attendance of the employee so
that it could help in further manpower planning, if
attendance is irregular then possible flaws could be
recognized, handling of employee grievances, etc.
