What is the purpose or why are we maintaining the product
categories? Significance?

A) FOR CREATION OF PRODUCT U SHOULD HAVE A CATEGORY,
AND IF U WANT MAPS THE PRODUCT CRM-R/3 U HAVE TO maintain
proper categories ,based on categories u can control
product creation , for ex in r/3 we have material type same
as maintain here in CRM categories
What is meant by install base management?
For creation of service product u use Ibase product

Ans) If want to create products that time we are maintaing
product categories and product groups. Product Categories
Means:- Groups of Different products.

Ans) Partner Determination is only done in marketing plan
under Campaign. In partner Tab Page we have to define
partner functions. Once we have to define Partner functions
and u have to done Access Sequence and Define Partner
Determination Procudure.

Idoc: Intermediate Documents. All CSV files is uploaded in
our CRM system after that this dates go to IDOC Format. Use
T-code We02/We19.
