solution amnager sole in sap crm project is to provide
solution to problem. Problem is first break down into small
modules which can easily be programmed by ABAP to convert
into SAP GUI. Manager role is just to identify these
modules
Debugging is the process of testing a software code,
removing errors and moduulate the code into easily
understable manner so that output result is exactly
according to the client requirement
Service process in SAP CRM helps to modify the facilities
already provided in the system
