Ans) If want to create products that time we are maintaing
product categories and product groups. Product Categories
Means:- Groups of Different products.
Can we do the partner determination based on SALES AREAS?
Where in it is the same
transaction type. But it has to determine different
partners for different sales areas
Ans) Partner Determination is only done in marketing plan
under Campaign. In partner Tab Page we have to define
partner functions. Once we have to define Partner functions
and u have to done Access Sequence and Define Partner
Determination Procudure.
What is an IDOC ? Why do we use them? How do we process
them?
Idoc: Intermediate Documents. All CSV files is uploaded in
our CRM system after that this dates go to IDOC Format. Use
T-code We02/We19.
What is meant by an RFC in middleware? What is the purpose?
What is meant by document flow?
Ans) RFC: Remote Function Call. This Function Call is using
only in CRM - Middleware. If you Call to any other
Items/Business that time we are using RFC.
What is meant by document flow?
Ans) Document Flow means if you create any
Order(Sales/Service etc.,) that all information regarding
that document (from IDOC to Order) will be display in
Document flow.

Ans) Under Transaction we are maintaing Transaction Category
(Sales,service Activity)
What is the difference between win client, web client and
PCUI?
Ans) WinClient: Its purley GUI Application.
Web Client: Its purley Web Based Application.
What are the prerequisites to create an opportunity?
Ans) Leads is Mandatory to Create an Opportunity.
what is the use of traction launcher in IC Web client?
Ans)Based on your requirement we can launch any Transaction
Launcher (Like Google, company URL etc.,)
