group of employees will be locked automatically when control
record is released and that will be stored in 0003

While running you can't lock any one of the payroll.before
of payroll process only we can lock one way is go through
infotype 0003 and lock the payroll if the only one employee.

Hello,
You cannot make any changes when payroll is running, because
master data & time data will be locked for changes.
