displayed in the output in LPS.

Top-of-page event is not triggered,heading is not printed.
Genarally if Top-of-page is used,Heading of the report is
printed in every page. If Top-of-page is not used heading
of the report is not printed.

If there is no top-of-page then the headings will be
printed only once and it will not be fixed and will be
printed for all the pages. when the data more than 1 page
then we would not be able to see the header on all the pages
