a value table is nothing but a domain level checking. where
we create a foreign key to a table is called value table

VALUE TABLE IS PRESENT AT THE DOMAIN LEVEL.. WHENEVER USER ENTERS THE DATA ONTO THE FIELD OF A SCREEN FIELD THEN SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHECK THAT INPUT TO THE VALUE TABLE... ON SUM IT IS USED TO DO VALIDATION FOR A SCREEN FIELD..OK..
