Hr is involved in ensuring corporate structure is aligned
with business strategy to ensure company vision & objective
are being meet while process excellence is running at maximum.

HR is involved in "People" "Plans" and "Processes"

The 3 P's. Both other answers are 'old school' dictionary
definitions and way off the mark for companies that which to
utilize their HR staff in an intelligent, effective and
productive manner.

it is the 3 "c".....career planning, coaching and career
counseling....

infact all the other gamets of Hr are confined in these 3,
such as recruitment, selection, performance apprisal,
training and development, motivation etc...
