what is the difference between CEO,MD,PRESIDENT,CHAIRMAN..

CEO-he is an employ of company.he is the head of all
workers of lower and higher level.

MD-he is the member of board of directors.he has the all
administration powers,but not the power of attorny.

CHAIRMAN-he is the owner of the company.he has the power of
attorny.

CEO- Chief executive of organization.
responsible for all the execution and implementation of strategies.

MD- Managing director.
he is the member of bored of the organization who is involve in making the top level decisions.

PRESIDENT responsible to the performance of productivity his unit.

CHAIRMAN He is an An executive elected by a company's board of directors that is responsible for presiding over board or committee meetings.

In few of my interviews, the interviewers asked a question as ' Do you have any questions to ask? ' First thing that came to me is 'No'.Later I realized that this was not the right answer and I should provide an answer that is,as apt as the job i was going to seek at that time.Any better answer to this query?
