CD(free of charge delivery)-->LF(delivery type)---> NO BILLING DOCUMENT if we need we can create PERFORMA INVOICE

item category is KLN free of charge item


this type of process is used for FREE SAMPLE for our customer

create order in VA01 with CD Document Type and then do the
Delivery. Since its free of cost so no filling document is
required and is not relevant for pricing. Same you can
check Item Cateogry of sales document type

Create sales order with document type CD/FD (free of charge delivery)- with item category KLN, after that create delivery with document type LF and do the PGI. There is no billing document.

The process is business provide free sample to customer for new product introduce and slow moving goods promotion purpose.

for going to foc you need to intially do the configuration
in Condition table and the condtion elment used is R100
Next do the configuartion in pricing proccedure with RVA001

then create the sales order using va01

i want to explain you clearly first what i sample and free
cost then you can get the solution by yourself.

free good - there are two types in this
inclusive and exclusive.
inclusive: ex: buy 2 and get 1 free..but total items are 3,
but you wil bill the customer for 2
exclusive: ex: buy 2 get a different product seperately for
free.......

sample: the main difference here the pricing doesnt takes
place...
