1. in this system both busbars energized all the time.
2. what is the meaning of main BB and transfer BB,
3. step up transformer connect main bus bar all the time or both BB connected through DS switch .
4.bus sectionalization means ?

When one line is connected to a BB ,the other is the transfer BB . You can energize both BB either independently or using bus coupler . Sectionalzation means splitting the bus bar into sections lengthwise

In dc motor starter there is less voltage required for holding contactor that's may why it is called no volt coil. but in ac starter why holding contactor is called no volt coil.
I have one ct of ratio 3000-2000/1 Amp its knee point voltage mentioned on name plate is 500-333/30mA-50mA at Vk/2. in secondary box there is three terminal named 1S1, 1S2, 1S3 then on which terminal obtained the knee point voltage ie 1S1-1S2 OR 1S1-1S3 & also specify the knee point voltage for the ratio 3000 from name plate.
