Always functional specs is designed by functional consultant and technical specification is designed by Technical consultant like ABAPer.

For any clients requirement if we require the help of abaper then we prepare FS
After preparing FS, we've to send this document to Abaper,
Abaper will prepare the Technical specification document, and develop the object and assign one T.code
then Functional consultant has to test it, after that we've to ask user to test it and confirm if everything is fine then move the request to production server

Hi SD Gurus, What is the difference between the Consignment Fill up (CF) & Consignment Pick up (CP) with relation to Sales Document Types, item Categories & Schedule line Categories?
