What is the use of starter in tube light fitting.how it works...

Initially Tube light need more voltage during starting time
to get ionization of electrons. So the purpose of Stater is
to flicker or excite the tube light with high voltage,

Stater is nothing but a 2 metals which is in contact during
starting purpose only... After it comes out from the
circuit....

More clarification needed. the choke coil(iron core
inductor) gives rise to the high voltage e=L.(di/dt) where L
is the inductance of the coil. the voltage induced is in the
range of 800-100 volts a.c. this voltage ionizes the gas and
the tube glows
