The following test are to be carried out for HT panels..
1) Functional test(In this test we can check control
wiring,power circuit wiring,Breaker Testing & loop test)
2) Relay Testing (all types of relays and power meters)
3) Meggering and hypertest.
4) polarity Test.
5) Primary Injection Testing.
6) Secondary injection Testing.
7) Breaker contactor resistance and timing.
8) MV Drop Test
9) Knee voltage Test depends upon CT.
10)Relay coil resistance & Pickup voltage and
Dropup voltage it depends upon ur relay.
11)IR value for surge Arrestor.

4. Check the meggar values of Bus bars and HT cable
5. Check the millivolt drop test of bus bar
6. Check the status of breaker

and PT of bus bar
8. Set the time for fault current objection in relay
9. Knee voltage Test depends upon CT
10. Check DC supply permanent are temporary.
11. Physical inspection for satisfaction
