Wage types are three types

Primary/Model wagetype- start with Alphabet M. This is
predefined by SAP, We cannot create this type of wage
type , given only COPY operation

Secondary Technical wage type- 4 Digit start with forward
slash "/". We can create this type of wage types. All sort
of calacualtion are stored in this wage type.
Ex. Payroll

Customer Specific: 4 Digit number.

Reportable wage type: it is used only for reporting purpose.

Wage type is a wage componenet which is used in Payroll and Time management. Time wage types will be used in Time evelution and having number as a value.Payroll wage tyes will be used in Payroll having rate and amount as a value.

wage type is nothing but pay component and also storage device or container, it can stores the information with the parameters like number,amount,rate.

every wage type will have a processing , cumulation and evaluation classes.

length of wage types are 4 digit

there are three types of wage types

primary/model wage types --> alphabet --Mxxx

In general SAP payroll wage type is a container, which carries amount/rate. We copy model wage types
to create customer specific wage types by using wage type reporter.

Payroll wage types will be processed by a processing class.

It is not field type, it is basically group of field types(characteristics) will form a wage type.

1.We use indirect valuation for HRA in wagetype characteristics so that the system calculates 40% r 50% for all employees...but if the client asks to calculate 30% for a particular employee then is there any chance to configure like that? 2.In their company there r 2 employee groups...regular, contract..both groups come under monthly basis but they pay salaries on 2 different dates for the 2 groups...then how many payroll areas we need to create?

Dear All How can we get all the amounts which are generated in the HR Pay Roll to vendor (Employee treated as vendor),where we have to integrate to get these... Dear Friends, Hope you are doing good. I have following doubt.Kindly have a look at the query and help me in solving this issue. I have generated absence quota using RPTQTA00 using ‘Batch Input’ Option in SE38 Screen( for Casual Leave-8 days,Sick Leave-20 hours and Privilege Leave-3 days).Now I want to update generated absence quota in Infotype 2006 using SM 35.After entering SM35 transaction code in command bar,It is showing as follows.If I want to update this infotype 2006,I have to select Session Name,but generated sessions are not appearing.Please reply at the earliest possible.
