wage type is nothing but pay component and also storage device or container, it can stores the information with the parameters like number,amount,rate.
every wage type will have a processing , cumulation and evaluation classes.
length of wage types are 4 digit
there are three types of wage types
primary/model wage types --> alphabet --Mxxx
secondary,technical wage types --> slash -- /xxx
customer specific wagetypes --> number --3xxx
