After excution of campaign we get response from customers thyose people call as prospects, for them we maintain lead transaction with set of quetinaires to evalute the customer with help of various qualification levels such as Hot, Warm, cold customer. There is chance to do business with Hot lead customers. we can say this is first step to do generate future business..
main Custizations are transaction header, item categeory determination, status, reason profiles, questinaires, intigrate quetinaire with qualification levels with 5 of rating.
