400-40-40=320
For hook (10 times the dia meter of the bar)
so for 8mm = (80mm)
For bending (minus) 5X2d=5x2x8=80mm
Now the cutting length of the bar will be = 520+520+320+320+80+80-80
= 1780 mm (1.78 m)
ring size = 520 X 320
