for column cover is 40mm both side=600-40-40=520,400-40-40=320
for hook(10 times the dia of bar)so for 8*10mm=80mm
number of hook two 2*80=160mm,for bending minus 5*2d=5*2*8=80
now the ring size is 520+520+320+320+160-80=1760mm(1.76m)
