600*400 column size
Cover 40mm
So 2*(520+320 )= 1680
+ Hook length = 10d*2 = 160mm
- bend deduction= 3*2d+ 2*3d = 12d = 96mm
- bar dia (8mm)= 8mm
So 1680+160-96-8 = 1840- 104= 1736mm
