1)inject same concentration of impurity and active

Ratio of impurity area and active area

correct the concentrations.


Best practice is

Inject LOQ to 150% of specification around 5 levels

and calculate the slope of impurity and slope of active

take the slpe ratio.

RRF Can be calculated by comparing the area of standard with
area of impurity x conc of imp by conc of std x 100.

In method developement or in any analysis if we use small length column for analysis what happen then ? why ?
