1. u need not to moniter the reply as once the customer
replies to the campaign for them the system will generate a
thank u mail and through action defn v can automatically
convert them as a lead.

2.once u execute a campaign the customers who have not
responded we will create another attribute set and we will
keep them in the target group going forward in future u can
contact them again(thru campaigns)..

To check weather E-mails has been successfully sent or not T-CODE /nSOST

to check how many customers visited how many number of times each
Marketing contact list & Marketing contact summary Respectively

answer for above question
we will be giving rules and conditions in decision element and setup work flow
or
total actual TG- replied (intrested & not intrested)=non responders
