Scenario - We contact a target group using email campaign. Now how do we monitor the replies. I want to contact the customers who didn't respond to the email campaign?

1. u need not to moniter the reply as once the customer
replies to the campaign for them the system will generate a
thank u mail and through action defn v can automatically
convert them as a lead.
2.once u execute a campaign the customers who have not
responded we will create another attribute set and we will
keep them in the target group going forward in future u can
contact them again(thru campaigns)..
