Visa Processing is a small part in any company, and is done
only on need basis. Traveling oversees is still considered a
good option and you could have a stable career in a staffing
company which deals in body shopping for various locations
like US, Singapore and Gulf countries.

You could also get a job in VFS center since they are also
in search of people who are smart and are aware of visa
processes.

what are the different strategies that are used for recruitment in the current trend and practically thinking why are they demanding experience at the entry level and how can they get experience as soon as the course is over ? What would be the expectation from the employers side in case of fresher or could not get an experience in the specific area?
