Output can sent through a transmission
mediums .EX :printers,fax,telex,e-mails ,sap in-box oreven

ex :AF00 -INQUIRY
AN00 -QUOTQTION
BA00 -ORDER CONFIRMATION
LP00 -SCHEDULING AGREEMENT
MAIL -INTERNAL MESSAGES
RD03 -CASH SALES INVOICES

you can have output types according to your usage. for eg,
output type for order confirmation, cash sales, quotation
confirmation for a sales activity.

In a sales order, I want to give a material as free item, I have entered the item no. in higher level item category, item category is coming as TANN, but system still calculates the value as normal material. How to configure that system will not calculate for that free material?
