THE ISOLATION OF A SINGLE MUTANT FORM OF A POPULATION
CONTANING MILLIONS OR EVEN BILLIONS OF PARENTAL ORGANISMS.
Eg:THROUGH PIGMENTATION.

SCREENING:HERE, WE ARE IDENTIFYING A PARTICULAR MUTANT FROM
A LARGE NO:OF COLONIES AND LOOKING FOR THE DIFFERENT ONES.
Eg:REPLICA PLATING TECH.
