Service Order should create a Debit Memo Request. Then when
Service Confirmation occurs and actual Debit Memo can be
created.

In case some Service Material is to be used in servicing,
that can be included in request else can be mapped to a
special order / delivery scenario.

In case HR is used, Time Sheets can be integrated.

All the general data will be presentin the template, such
as Line items, dates etc..
A Sales Order will get generated in ERP, in the
integrated scenario.

once you create service order it will not send to R/3 ,
what purpose you are sending to R/3 please tell me .
that is depends on your Business process , as my knowledge
service order doesnot have any delivery so no delivery
requird , once you create a service order you can directly
create Billing Doc , I hope this is ok . please advice me
if am wrong
